Are women more important for business than family? 

Joseph Backholm went to the Women’s March to ask, do businesses need to have both men and women on their boards, and “is it equally important for men and women to be represented in the lives of children?” (ie. do kids need a mom and dad). His interviewees thought equal representation was important in only one of those situations.
