The Night Watch brought to life
The Dutch Rijksmuseum closed in 2003 for what would turn out to be a ten-year renovation. When they re-opened again in 2013, they celebrated with a live “re-enactment” of one of the museum’s most famous works, Rembrandt’s 1642 The Night Watch.
